I love the HTC Touch Pro. The features are awesome. I like the fact that if you are tired of using the touchscreen that you can just slide out the keyboard. It has two different ways of accessing the internet from Explorer or through Opera mobile. I haven't had any trouble accessing any site really. Just like a computer, but smaller. I do have trouble at times with the phone freezing up on me. I purchased this phone November 2008 and I am still finding out things about it.

I like the HTC Touch Pro. I like that you can put the phone to sleep when you aren't using it, but for some reason the phone goes to sleep when I'm on a call and I have to reactivate it so that I can hang up. Also, the alarm clock is difficult to turn off. You have to wait until it is chiming and trick the phone into giving you the option to cancel or let you have another 5-10 minutes before it chimes again. There is no place to go to do this, you just have to click on the alarm icon while the alarm is going off and hope a window opens to let you select one of those options. Once the alarm icon disappears, you have to wait until it chimes again. Otherwise, it's a great phone.
