I recently switched to T-Mobile from Sprint. I was with Sprint for over 8 years and I am so happy that I made the switch to T-Mobile. The call quality is better, I no longer have dropped calls and the customer service department is FASTER, NICER and SO MUCH MORE HELPFUL than Sprint's. I also love the MyFaves plan! How practical! I was able to chop my monthly payment tremendously. Here are the numbers: Sprint - 3 phones - $175.99 incl. unlimited text and pics on 1 phone, 2000 anytime minutes, free Sprint to Sprint and free nights and weekends T-Mobile - 3 phones - $129.99 for unlimited T-Mobile to T-Mobile, unlimited text and pics, unlimited calling to my fav. 5 people, 700 anytime minutes, free nights and weekends Hope this helps. If you have Sprint in the Las Vegas area, switch to T-Mobile NOW! Don't wait 30 minutes on the phone only to get POOR service from RUDE people.

We switched from Cingular/AT&T and so far T-Mobile is much better. I get better reception at home in Duvall and at work near Safeco field. Haven’t dropped any calls yet. With Cingular my calls were dropped on a regular basis. Not sure how much of the improvement is due to a new phone or the new provider but I’m happy to now have reliable service.

I have been with nearly every cell phone company offered in Colorado and can't say enough good things about T-Mobile. Even during financially difficult times their customer service representatives are thoughtful and helpful. I can't wait to get the HotSpot @home service added to make the service at my house that much better.

I had Verizon for ten years before switching to t mobile 5 years ago - I will never leave T-Mobile!! They have the best value - coverage is awesome and getting better and as for customer service - every time I have called I am blown away by how nice they are . No wonder t mobile has won six best - in - customer -service awards from JD powers - I see why !!

I counted the days for my contract to expire! The coverage is terrible! I did not have any coverage in my house and barely even a bar outside. I also had way too many dropped calls! I'd be talking away and finally realize that I've been talking to myself! It's rediculous! The only good thing is that you get more minutes than the other carriers, but worthless if you can't even get reception to use them.

So far, I have gotten good coverage in my area. There are places in the building were no one seems to get a signal, I couldn't get one on my old cell phone either. But with T-Mobile, no problem, even in the elevators I have a signal. I bought 3 Motorola Razrs family favs plan. I shopped around and found this plan to be the most cost effective. One of the phones went to my teenage daughter, so we got the unlimited text. I love the new cell phone, the plan is great & LetsTalk.com has some of the best deals!

I have had pre-pay phone lines for two years. I did not like the pressure that I was giving on the stores of phone compannys. I hear LetsTalk.com on Howard Stern100, SIRIUS sattlite radio. I decided to check the web-site out. And with no pressure I had All the time in the world to compare plans from carriers. And of cource I became a customer of T-Mobile. because I got more min. and the other thing that sold me was the Customer Service. I spoke to real people and understood what I need and was fixed right away.

I was initially apprehensive about T-mobile signals in my area. I checked on T-mobile website about signal strength still wasn't too much comfortable. So,I got my friends cell for couple of hours at my home and checked for signal strength. I had almost full signals throughout home. I was fully convinced and got Motorola PEBL with T-Mobile connection from LetsTalk site. I live in Jersey City Heights and facing no issues either with cell or plan. I recommend to take new cell phone and plans from LetsTalk.com. It is hassle free!

T-mobile has by far the most minutes for your dollar and the coverage is awesome where I travel. I used the personal coverage check tool t-mobile provides to check both my work and home locations and the detailed information it provided was great. I have only had to call customer service one to straighten out a billing item and they took care of it quickly and on the first call - exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone considering new wireless service or fro switching from your current carrier.
